By using PixelTools ("the Service"), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before using any of our tools.

By accessing or using PixelTools, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PixelTools is a free, browser-based platform offering tools for processing images, videos, and documents. All processing occurs locally on your device — no files are uploaded to any server. The Service is provided free of charge and may include advertising.

3. Use of the Service

You may use PixelTools for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the following conditions:

You must not use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
You must not attempt to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure.
You must not use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service in a manner that exceeds normal human usage.
You are solely responsible for the content of the files you process using our tools.

4. Intellectual Property

All files you process using PixelTools remain your property. We claim no ownership over any content you upload, process, or download through the Service.

The PixelTools name, logo, design, and source code are the intellectual property of PixelTools and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

5. No Warranties

PixelTools is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available.
The results produced by our tools will be accurate or suitable for your specific needs.
The Service will be compatible with all devices, browsers, or file types.

You use the Service at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PixelTools shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of files, or damage to your device.

Since all processing happens locally in your browser, we have no control over the outcome of file operations on your device.

7. Advertising

PixelTools displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. These ads help us keep the Service free. By using PixelTools, you acknowledge that you may be shown advertisements. Ad content is controlled by Google and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

8. Third-Party Libraries

PixelTools uses open-source libraries including jsPDF, PDF.js, mammoth.js, marked.js, pdf-lib, JSZip, and FFmpeg.wasm. These libraries are subject to their own respective licenses. We are not responsible for any issues arising from the use of these third-party components.

9. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service — or any part of it — at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brazil.

O nome PixelTools, o logotipo, o design e o código-fonte são propriedade intelectual do PixelTools e não podem ser copiados, reproduzidos ou distribuídos sem permissão.

5. Ausência de Garantias

O PixelTools é fornecido "como está" e "conforme disponível", sem garantias de qualquer tipo, expressas ou implícitas. Não garantimos que:

O Serviço será ininterrupto, livre de erros ou sempre disponível.
Os resultados produzidos pelas nossas ferramentas serão precisos ou adequados às suas necessidades específicas.
O Serviço será compatível com todos os dispositivos, navegadores ou tipos de arquivo.

Você usa o Serviço por sua conta e risco.

6. Limitação de Responsabilidade

Como todo o processamento ocorre localmente no seu navegador, não temos controle sobre o resultado das operações de arquivo no seu dispositivo.

7. Publicidade

O PixelTools exibe anúncios veiculados pelo Google AdSense. Esses anúncios nos ajudam a manter o Serviço gratuito. Ao usar o PixelTools, você reconhece que poderá ver anúncios. O conteúdo dos anúncios é controlado pelo Google e está sujeito à Política de Privacidade do Google.

8. Bibliotecas de Terceiros
